Steps Involved to Rent a Home
1. Contact Shannon, an experienced Community Partners Agent who specializes in rentals.
2. Shannon will help you find the perfect rental property for you and your family. Together, you can figure out what’s best for your family as far as location, number of bedrooms, baths, square footage, etc.
3. Once you find the perfect property, you will fill out a rental application and submit a copy of your credit report. We can also obtain a credit report for you.
4. Then, once you are approved, you can move into your new home!
